TULIP GARDEN – KASHMIR:

ITINERARY

DAY 1SRINAGAR

10:00AM : Reporting time.10:30AM : Start to homestay and fresh up.
11:30AM : Start to explore the places in Srinagar(Tulip garden , Shankaracharya temple(optional), Shopping in old market)
 Tulip garden – It is the largest tulip garden in Asia spread over an area of about 30 hectares.
07:00PM : Start to House Boat Stay. 
09:00PM : Have dinner and take rest.

STAY TYPE – BASIC HOUSE BOAT STAY –  
Don’t expect  Cinematic house boat stay…that’s not what is in reality! Our House Boat is very Basic one where you can have good bed to sleep and nice washroom.. Power Blankets will be provided….Carry Winter gear

DAY 2GULMARG DAY - HAPPY DAY

 05:00AM : wake up call! 
6-00 AM :  Breakfast and start to GULMARG
8:30 AM : Time for GONDOLA RIDE 
* Incase of heavy snow our vehicles can’t go to the top..in this situation we have to hire Local chained vehicles which costs 2000 to 3000 INR per vehicle. Cost will be split between participants. *
5:00PM : After completing all the activities at apharwat peak get back to homestay. 
8:00PM : Reach the Houseboat and have dinner. 

ACTIVITIES AT GULMARG – Activities cost not included in the event cost 
GONDOLA RIDE – 
Incase of Heavy snow ..the 2nd phase of Gondola Ride will be closed
PHASE 1 COST – 700 INR 
2 PHASES – 1500 INR 

SNOW ACTIVITIES WILL BE DEPENDING THE AVAILABILITY OF SNOW:

SKIING –  
1 HOUR – 1000 to 1500 INR 

ICE SLEDGING –  
Per Person – 600 to 1000 INR

DAY 3SRINAGAR - PAHALGAM

05:00AM : wakeup call and
06:00AM : Breakfast and proceed to Pahalgam 
9:00AM : Reach Pahalgam 2440 Meters (Vale of Kashmir).Around the vicinity in Pahalgam we will visit Kashmir valley, Mini switzerland, Deblan valley and Pahalgam valley.

5-00 PM – After completing one more beautiful day at PAHALGAM proceed to Srinagar –
7:00PM : Reach House boat and fresh up.
08:00PM : Have dinner.
09:30PM : Sleep time!

ACTIVITIES AT PAHALGAM – Activities cost not included in the event cost 
HORSE RIDE – 
In this horse ride you can cover the valleys by ride…else you can do it by walk ( 3 to 4 kms)
Horse Ride cost per person  – 1800 INR to 2500 INR

POSE LIKE A KASHMIRI –  
You can pose like a kashmir by wearing the TRADITIONAL WEAR ..

DAY 4SRINAGAR - SONAMARG

05:00AM : Wakeup call
06:00AM : Have Breakfast and proceed to Sonamarg 
09:00AM : This morning take a full day excursion to Sonamarg, which is the most beautiful drive from Srinagar. On the way you stop at many beautiful spots. Continue drive to Sonamarg 2690 Meters (Meadow of Gold). One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. Sonamarg is known as Gateway of Ladakh.

08:30AM :  its time for THE SHIKARA RIDE (1 HOUR)
* you can witness the floating market here. *
11:30AM : Complete the ride and start to Srinagar airport.
1:00PM : Reach srinagar airport.

● Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited from entire event!
● Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
● Hyderabad Trekking Club has a right to cancel the participant slot.
● Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
● Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
● Participants will be notified prior to when the itinerary is modified/ event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
● If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat.
● Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
● Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
● Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
● No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.

Minimum age: 18 years (12+ kids allowed along with guardian or Parents)

Maximum age: There is no maximum age limit. You need to be reasonably fit to participate.
