WHAT THE GOA
Goa, situated on the west coast of India, is one of the most delightful states of India. Formerly a Portuguese colony, it is endowed with a variety of attractions including palm fringed beaches, miles of golden sands, lush green country-side, an incredible mosaic of cultural heritage, magnificent churches, temples, forts and monuments and a unique cultural synthesis of the east and west.
With its mesmerizing scenery, Goa is known for its waterfalls too. It is time to enjoy goa beyond beaches. Join us to experience the magic!
● We will meet and greet our fellow adventurers at Belgaum airport around 10.00 AM
● Lets start our journey to Stay, but not so early. On the way, we will cover Two Waterfalls. These waterfalls will surely sweep you off your feet. It requires us to trek for few kilometers, but the climb is worth it. After reaching these waterfalls soak yourselves in the beautiful green space here.
● Once you return back to vehicle, continue your journey to Our stay. On way, lets have dinner and take rest for the day.
Distance We travel – 135KM
Stay Type – Basic Home Stay
● Wake up call at 5 am. Freshen up and have breakfast by 6:30 am.
● Start your trek to Dudhsagar Falls by 7:00 am. Trek will leave you speechless as you traverse through dense forests crossing little streams along the way. Reach the foot of Dudhsagar falls and soak in the view of mighty falls.
The Trek to these falls is a bit lengthy but easy one, so please be in comfortable clothes and proper shoes.
● After the view of falls, we will trek back to the stay and take rest for the day.
Distance We trek – 25 KM
Stay Type – Basic Home Stay
● Wake up again at 5 am, Freshen up and have breakfast. It is the day for beaches.
● On the way, we will visit couple of waterfalls. Post that head to beach.
●Enjoy water Activities at beach and if time permits, visit nearby beaches and head to stay.
(*Stay is basic and it is on sharing basis*)
Distance We travel – 70 KM
Stay Type – Home Stay/ Drom Stay
● Wake up by 5 am and Complete your breakfast after freshening. Start your Journey to our stay.
● On the way visit a waterfall which is situated deep inside forests not known to many. This is a jaw dropping waterfall and a unique waterfall. On the way we will visit another waterfall which is very famous and we can visit temple too.
*These waterfalls require us to hike for 30-45 mins, please be in comfortable clothes and shoes.*
● Get back to the HOME STAY. Enjoy dinner and sleep overnight.
Distance We travel – 60 KM
Stay Type – Basic Home Stay
● Bid adieu as you drive back to Belgaum airport through mesmerizing landscapes.
● After the memorable waterfalls and beaches, we will start to Belgaum airport to make sure you catch your flight back.
Please confirm your participation by paying INR 2499 (Non-refundable Initial Fee**) to book your spot. Rest to be paid before 10 Days of Departure date.
Important: The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received less than 10 days before date of departure.
● INITIAL PAYMENT IS NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE
● This is Non-Refundable event.
● Amount will be refunded only if the event is cancelled by HTC ( 3% transfer charges will be deducted )
Please ensure that you arrive before 10:30 AM @ GUWAHATI on the Start Date and book your return ticket for your train / flight after 05:00 PM @ GUWAHATI on the End Date.
Note: Flight fare increases every day. So it’s advised to book your flight tickets at the earliest. We can also book for you if you share the fare to us.
● Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited during Entire EVENT . Will be expelled from the event If found with consumption.
● Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
● Hyderabad Trekking Company has a right to cancel the participant slot.
● Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
● Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
● Participants will be notified prior to when the itinerary is modified/ event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
● If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat.
● Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
● Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
● Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
● No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
Minimum age: 18 years
Maximum age: There is no maximum age limit. You need to be reasonably fit to participate.
