Start from Hyderabad, your exciting journey starts here. Start it with a bright smile.
07:30 AM – Reach Base City and head for fresh up.
03:00 PM – Reach Dubare elephant Camp and have a magnificent sight of Elephants.
06:00 PM – Reach Raja’s Seat and you can have a beautiful Sunset view from here.
Post Sunset head to Stay, but not before having our dinner. Reach Stay and Sleep!!
STAY – Stay is typical Dorm OR CampStay! Don’t expect cinematic stay! Our facility will have Nice Tents/Dorms with Basic Washrooms! For a backpacking trip like this one is good to go. Accommodation is Separate for men & Women
Wakeup Call and proceed.
8:00 AM – Visit Manjirabad Fort. This fort was built by Tipu Sultan in 1792. It is understood that Tipu Sultan was wonderstruck by the scenic beauty of Majirabad after witnessing it from the fort and therefore named the fort as Manjirabad Fort.
11:00 AM – After Manjirabad fort, head to Green route Train ride. This Train provides the best views on our way.
04:00 PM – Reach to Subramanya road station and head to Bisle Ghat view point. It gives astonishing views of three mountain ranges including Kumara Parvatha, Pushpagiri and Dodda Betta.
05:00 PM – Post Bisle Ghat view point. It is time to enjoy the jeep ride at Patala betta. Sunset views from the top of Patala Betta is amazing and it is wonderful place to click few pictures.
08:00 PM – Have dinner on the way and reach stay!!

5:30 AM – Wakeup and Freshen up. It is time for one more adventure.
07:00 AM 0- Start Kotebetta Trek. This trek offers scenic views on the way to the top. As one travels deeper, one remains enraptured at the picturesque dense forests and mighty Western Ghats.
11 :00 AM – Start back to base city. Have lunch on the way.
07:00 PM- Reach Base City and Start to HYD!
8.30 AM : Reach HYD with Super good memories! ..Good bye for now! and spread the word that you celebrated adventure with HTC !

IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS:
● NO SMOKING and NO ALCOHOL NO LITTERING, NO POLLUTION OF WATER
● This is not a luxury trip, but all care has been taken to make your trek comfortable
● We carry Basic First Aid and if you need anything you can ask the organizers
● If you feel unwell bring to the notice of the organizers immediately.

● Cap, sunglasses, scarf
● Haversack or Backpack (No sling bags)
● Please carry medicines if you need any
● Toiletries & Torch with extra batteries (compulsory)
● Trash covers (To bring your trash back)
THINGS TO REMEMBER :
● Alcohol consumption/ smoking tobacco/ weed is strictly prohibited Will be expelled from the event If found with consumption.
● Please do not litter any plastic (biscuit pack covers, candy wrappers, etc.). We commit to keeping our events pollute free.
● The organizer has a right to cancel the participant slot.
● Please do not cause delay and cause inconvenience for others and impact the schedule.
● Below 18 must take the consent of the parents to participate.
● Participants will be notified prior to when the itinerary is modified/ event get canceled due to any unforeseen circumstances.
● If there is an unexpected change in weather during the event, the organizer has the right to withdraw/ retreat.
● Participants should coordinate, disciplined and align together as a team during the event.
● Please do not expect luxury facilities and appreciate being cooperative with fellow Participants
● Though we assure safety as a top priority, Event Organizers are not responsible for any severe injuries or fatal events.
● No refund will be provided if the participant doesn’t show up on the day of the event.
